What to expect on your exterior project? Here’s how we do it.
We will determine what type of preparation is needed for each area and how much sanding and product will be required.
Pressure washing stage. It is easy to build up dirt, grime and dust on exteriors. A thorough pressure wash helps prepare your project for a successful paint job.
Sanding stage is where we make sure all areas recieve the proper sanding needed, whether it be a light scuff sand, a quick power sand or a deep powersand to barewood.
We will make sure to uninstall your downspouts to sand/paint behind and install them back once the project is complete or in any case of heavy rain during the project.
After sanding stage, we will ensure all caulking is fixed, preventing any weather intrusions and ready to last!
Now comes the masking stage, ensuring no paint goes where it doesn’t belong.
Finally it’s time to paint/stain your exterior!
We will prime any required areas to ensure proper bonding.
Determining the best method of applying product for the certain scenario. When we have large surface areas to cover, we will use a paint sprayer. Spraying allows efficient methods of applying maximum paint per coat. Rolling and brushing for smaller surface areas allows for precision.
Clean up stage. Once we have finished painting, we will ensure a clean area and check for final touchups to leave you 100% satisfied!
